Delivery

 

When Will My Order Be Delivered? 

All orders are dispatched within 48h of ordering, and usually take between 1-3 working days to arrive. Please see your tracking number for further information.

 

Can I Change My Delivery Date?

No, sadly once dispatched, our carrier will attempt to deliver to you ASAP. If you are not in, you will receive a card through your door with further instructions, including rescheduling your delivery, changing the delivery address, and pick up options.

 

Where Do You Deliver? 

We currently deliver to all of Europe & USA. We also deliver outside of these territories, but if you are shopping from outside of Europe/USA, please get in contact first so we can confirm we ship to your location.

 

How Do I Return My Order?

We are very sorry to hear that you want to return your order. Please contact us on the contact form within 30 days of ordering so we can try and solve any issues you may have!

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept? 

We gladly accept; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron or Vpay cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. 

Sadly we currently do not accept; Discover, JCB or Union Pay.

  

How Can I Change My Billing Address?

Please sign into your account, and under account settings, you will be able to change your billing address.

  

Help! I Never Received An Order Confirmation Email!

We are very sorry to hear that! Please contact us on our contact form so we can check that your email address is in the system correctly!

  

Why Doesn't My Discount Code Work?

When entering a discount code, please check its input in all lower caps. Birthday discount is only valid for 30 days after your birthday. For any other discount issues, please contact us on hello@helmlondon.com
